With love for the craft

Since 1965, our second-generation family bakery in Zermatt has been sweetening the day for its guests with lovingly produced specialities. We have remained true to the principles of our parents Pius and Yolanda to this day:

We prepare all baked goods and confectionery specialities from scratch by hand and package them ourselves.

Based on the conviction that a machine will never replace the feeling of our hands, we create delicious things out of love.

Do you fancy a change? The Fuchs Bakery is looking for motivated workers who want to tackle the Zermatt challenge. Whether full-time, hourly or apprenticeship positions – there is a lot to discover with us. The Fuchs bakery also has a lot to offer when it comes to selecting open positions.

Our «Brotzeitung»

Twice a year, always in spring and autumn, our bread newspaper called «Brotzeitung» is published with interesting articles about Zermatt and its personalities, interesting facts about nutrition and culinary delights and, of course, news from our bakery. Browse through all our issues now.
