Nut Cake 18cm


Our original: Baked according to our own recipe, the fine honey-walnut mixture seduces you with pure taste and is not too sweet either.

Sugar, wheat flour, margarine (coconut fat, rapeseed oil (hydrogenated), Holl rapeseed oil, water, emulsifiers (E471, E472c, E492), cooking salt, colour: beta carotene, flavour: milk, acidulant: Lactic acid), tree nuts 13%, whole milk, almond, whole cream (whole cream, thickener (E407)), eggs (CH), glucose syrup, baker’s honey (America), YEAST (CH), cinnamon, lemon juice, preservative (E224).

    My boyfriend was visiting last week, for his annual guys trip. Sometimes, the best accidents turn out to be remarkable! He meant to order me a chocolate mountain of sorts to bring home to the U.S. for me, as a sweet treat. What he purchased instead, was your amazing nut cake! Neither he or I could make out the language on the box, to figure out exactly what I was about to indulge in, but wow! I’m a lover of chocolate, but had he not gotten this mistakenly, I’d never have known how incredible this melt in your mouth dessert is. I could taste the honey, cinnamon, nuts, and it felt like it melted in my mouth! It reminded me of a mix between a coffee cake in how it broke apart (not complaining…I enjoyed that) and the layers along with the honey flavor, reminded me of baklava a bit. So delicious, and not too sweet. Can’t wait to try more of your amazing treats in the future!!!
