Pear Bread


Deliciously filled: We only use the finest fruits, wrapped in a delicate dough. Our Zermatt pear bread is delicious with dessert, cheese or even a glass of wine.

Dried pears 29%, wheat flour, water, figs, eggs (CH), fruit brandy from pears, sultanas (sultanas, vegetable oil non-hydrogenated, (cottonseed oil)), candied orange peel/citron peel (orange peel, lemon peel, sugar, glucose syrup, sulphite (preservative)), tree nuts, baker’s yeast, natural salt, sugar, butter, skimmed milk powder, barley malt extract, emulsifier (472e), dextrose, malt flour, flour treatment agent: Ascorbic acid (E300), rapeseed oil, enzymes.
