Since the beginning of June, the new “Brotzeitung” newspaper is again available in all our branches. Come by and browse through the exciting topics in the new issue while enjoying our delicious specialities.
This time we show how our tradition meets digitalisation and what impact this has on our craft. For the big interview we were able to inspire Olivier Mounir from Cave du Rhodan – Swiss Winery of the Year. He answered our questions and thus provides interesting insights into the winegrower’s life, which, similar to that of the baker, goes hand in hand with many traditions and crafts. In the new “Brotzeitung” newspaper, you can find out how tradition can benefit from digitalisation but still not function without craftsmanship.
We also present our Findler bread. A bread full of traditions, made with exclusively natural ingredients and consisting of fine rye sourdough. Everything according to an ancient recipe, with spices from Europe’s highest alpine garden on the Gornergrat.
To go with it, you can now take part in the new competition. Our partner Gornergrat Bahn, which celebrates its 125th birthday this year, is giving away a voucher worth CHF 800.
So go ahead, take your chance and solve the number puzzle.
