Baking in a real wood-fired oven in Zermatt

Celebrate the Swiss National Day with us in Zermatt!

We prepare fresh delicacies on site and bake in a real wood-fired oven, in collaboration with Pain Paillasse. Enjoy handmade Flammpaillasse, Valais nachos with apricot chutney and other sweet treats.

The annual street party will take place on 31 July from 16.00 to 22.00 at Bahnhofstrasse 28 & 72. Experience a show event of a special kind and be inspired by our culinary creations!
