A love for the craft
Our family bakery has been sweetening the lives of Zermatt and its guests with lovingly prepared specialities since 1965 and is now already in its second generation. To this day we have remained true to the principles of our parents, Pius and Yolanda: We prepare all our bakery products and confectionery specialities by hand, from scratch, and package each and every item ourselves. Indeed, we firmly believe that a machine can never replace the delicate touch of a baker’s hands, which is why so much loving detail goes into the delicious products we create.
