By our own hand...

Ours is a second-generation, genuine family business based in Zermatt. Pius and Jolanda Fuchs opened the bakery and adjoining café in 1965, and our principles have not changed since then. We prepare all our baked goods and sweet specialities from scratch and we package them ourselves. We create these delicacies lovingly, born of the conviction that a machine can never replace the feeling that we instil using our hands.
